When I receive your Commission Enquiry form, I’ll use the information you’ve provided to draw up a Commission Agreement.

This simple Agreement will include:

Names and contact information of both the creator (Bronwyn) and the client (you)
Street and mailing addresses, email addresses
The contract’s effective date.

Scope of work and Timeline
Quotation for commissioned work

Payment terms
Initial deposit, interim payments and final payment
accepted payment methods
any additional costs

Revisions and approvals
Process for reviewing the work in progress and requesting revisions, including any change to the quoted price

Cancellation policy
The conditions under which either party can cancel the agreement:
notice requirements
any penalties or refunds
handling of work completed up to the point of cancellation

Delivery and receipt
method of delivery for the completed jewellery (e.g. courier, pickup)

Publicity
Agreement for the creator to use images of the completed artwork for promotional purposes, portfolio inclusion or other publicity
Any confidentiality requirements regarding the commission and its details

Signatures and date

Space for electronic signatures of both the artist and the client, or agreement to wet sign and scan
Signing dates

Indicative pricing

Prices may be changed at any time without notice
Courier costs may be charged, or a discount applied for large orders
